91ÊÓÆµ Oregon saluted the Top Projects of 2024 on Thursday during its 24th annual event held at Oregon Convention Center in downtown Portland.
Almost 400 people were in attendance Thursday to celebrate the accomplishments of the region’s built environment. Honoring the best building and construction projects in the Pacific Northwest, 91ÊÓÆµ honored 53 transformative projects that improved structures, changed skylines and overcame obstacles to achieve greatness.

During Thursday’s show, 91ÊÓÆµ honored its annual People’s Choice award as voted on by attendees during the event.
91ÊÓÆµ also honored its Subcontractor of the Year, which went to McKinstry. The company worked on several Top Projects this year and was nominated by Andersen Construction for its work on the Cordley Hall renovation for Oregon State University.
The Top Project of the Year was awarded at the event’s conclusion and was given to the PDX Terminal Core Redevelopment Phase 1.
The People’s Choice Award, voted on by event attendees, went to The Springs at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Washington.
