Early assistance – application

Plans call for a new 58,645 square foot, 5-over-1, mixed-use building with 72 residential units and on-site parking/​loading in an enclosed garage. The project will feature an amenity deck for residents and ground floor retail.

Type 2 procedure (conditional use) – pending

Applicant: Nick Williams of TVA Architects
Owner: Trillium Family Services Inc.

The project will consist of a new one-story ground up facility, located on the Parry Center campus. Programming includes therapy rooms and staff and building support spaces with 12 sleep rooms. The work will also include improvement of the existing campus fire access road, site utility relocations adjacent to the new building, sidewalks, site stairs and new landscape around the new structure. The building will be a wood-frame construction with non-separated uses of institution and business occupancies. Stormwater will be infiltrated onsite using drywells and permeable pavement.
