An adjustment is requested to reduce the minimum building setback from the east lot line from 10 feet to 9.75 feet, reduce the minimum building setback from the south lot line from 10 feet to 5 feet, and reduce the minimum landscaping buffer width along the south lot line from 10 feet to 5 feet.
