Type 2 procedure (design review) – pending

Plans call for reconfiguring the interior data hall and supporting mechanical and electrical rooms on building levels three and four. Data hall computing capacity will be increased, requiring upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as placement of a new generator and chiller equipment at the penthouse level. The exterior work would include removing mechanical equipment and installing new mechanical and electrical equipment. The scope of work does not include exterior site work or modifications to the building façade or screen wall system.

The environmental review will address outstanding environmental conservation overlay zone disturbance and grading violations. Separate site work will include minor gravel maintenance as well as additions of light poles and fencing to support ongoing site operations. No stormwater management methods are proposed at this time.
