SIGNIFICANCE OF PROJECT: Hood Apartments is one of Gresham鈥檚 newest multifamily properties. It features two-bedroom units, contemporary landscaping and design, and a communal play structure. Trion Properties, a California-based investment firm, has purchased the property from 550 SE Hogan Road LLC for $12 million. Kidder Mathews handled the sale.
