Plans call for creating a community garden on two contiguous properties owned/​managed by Portland State University. The garden would consist of raised and at-grade vegetable garden beds, site pedestrian circulation and seating, fencing, minimal lighting, irrigation, a small gathering space, and a small storage structure.

Owner: Port of Portland

The discussion will focus on the replacement of the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services’ Force Avenue Pump Station. The project includes decommissioning the pump station at 11415 N. Force Ave. (following demolition, the site would be restored with varied native plant species) and installing a new one with the extension of utilities at 10799 N. Expo Road.

The discussion will focus on the environmental conservation (c-zone) overlay over a portion of the site and a potential revision to the c-zone boundary.
