An approximately 301,000-square-foot building is planned for the site’s north end. The remainder of the site would gain a new football field, a track and a covered grandstand, a baseball/soccer field, a softball field, and tennis courts. An outdoor plaza and parking lots also would be created. Stormwater would be retained and infiltrated on-site via a multiple sedimentation maintenance hole and dry well system.
