Broadway Bridge

Hamilton Construction has removed the part of the Broadway Bridge's concrete deck where Portland Streetcar tracks will run and is adding steel beams and rebar to make it stronger.

Miracles Club Apartments

Bridge Meadows

The Bridge Meadows foster care community project at 4221 N. Willis Boulevard in North Portland is a planned, intergenerational community. Foster care youth are supported in adoptive, permanent homes where families raise them and senior citizens serve as surrogate grandparents.

The new space for the Oregon Tradeswomen in the Heritage Building more than doubles the size of the office for the organization that provides education, training and mentorship for women in the construction industry. Trainees and apprentices are performing the remodel work.

The two-story Riverdale Grade School will serve children in kindergarten through eighth grade, and have 24 classrooms, an art room, a computer lab and a library. A new multipurpose building will feature a community room with an attached kitchen, and a remodeled gymnasium.
