The Oregon Department of Transportation has been directed to implement a six-year pilot program to contract out complete maintenance of a 26-mile section of Oregon Route 219.
Bingo Site Environmental Cleanup (Gateway Park)
The city of Portland is soliciting bids for the environmental cleanup of a site on Northeast Halsey Street that will be a future home to a park. The area is abutted by both a commercial district and a residential neighborhood in one of Portland's most park-deficient districts.
RFQ: GC for Gold Summit Monastery
The Gold Summit Monastery, part of a non-profit religious organization, is seeking a qualified general contractor for its new building to be located on Second Avenue W and Thomas in Seattle.
Oswego Lakefront Park
The project consists of the construction of Oswego Lakefront Park, a new urban park to be located on State Street between the Lakeshore Inn and Lake Twin Theater Building, the site of the former US Bank, in Lake Oswego. The project will feature a lakefront promenade, a rain garden, gas fireplace, a park structure containing public restrooms and storage, benches, bike racks and city artwork.

The Steilacoom Historical School District No. 1 is accepting bids for return-air revisions at Pioneer Middle School in DuPont, Wash. The school serves students in grades 6-8.
Recoating Reservoir No. 7
This project consists of the removal and recoating of the interior and the top coating of the exterior of a 4 million-gallon existing steel reservoir in Roseburg. Reservoir No. 7 is one of four reservoirs located on a large butte in north central Roseburg.
RFP: Courthouse Square Design Services
The Courthouse Square building at 555 Court Street N.E. in Salem is owned by Marion County and Salem Keizer Transit. The building, which was completed in 2000, has five stories above grade and one parking level below grade with approximately 163,000 gross square feet (excluding the parking level). The building houses multiple county agencies, Salem Keizer Transit and retail entities.
WinCo Store No. 9 Remodel Addition Sub-Bid
This project consists of the remodel addition of the single-story WinCo grocery store No. 9 at 11250 S.E. 82nd Ave. in Happy Valley. Work includes concrete foundations, CMU walls, steel structural columns and steel bar joists roof framing, single-ply roofing membrane, interior concrete floor slabs and exterior concrete slabs and walkways.
RFP: Consulting Engineering Services
Yamhill County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform consulting engineering services during investigation, design and construction of the Stag Hollow Creek (Laughlin Road) Bridge replacement project. The proposal is for a geosynthetically reinforced soil abutment project.
Construction Manager/General Contractor for Bend High School Kitchen & Auditorium Remodel
Bend-La Pine Schools, Administrative School District No. 1, is requesting proposals from experienced construction managers and general contractors to remodel the kitchen and auditorium at Bend Senior High School in Bend. The Board of Directors has chosen the CM/GC approach over the more traditional design-bid-build approach due to the need to accelerate the work and assure budget control.
