Constructed on six floors over below-grade parking, Aegis Overlake is 108,500 square feet that houses 122 units of assisted living, including 32 units designated as memory care arranged in a secure neighborhood.
2nd Place Senior Living – Ya-Po-Ah Terrace
Built in 1967, Ya-Po-Ah Terrace is a modernist concrete and glass structure on a large site at the base of Skinners Butte.
1st Place Tenant Living – PacificSource Health Care Plans Headquarters
Work on the PacificSource Health Care Plans Headquarters began with a complete interior demolition within the 250,000-square-foot occupied office building.
2nd Place Tenant Living – Metropolitan Group Headquarters
The historic Balfour-Guthrie building had incredible qualities that the design team sought to highlight and respect, while adapting to Metropolitan Group’s vision for its 19,000-square-foot headquarters.
3rd Place Tenant Living – Corporate Office Remodel
This project consisted of a complete demolition and rebuild of approximately 20,300 square feet of space in a Class A office building.
1st Place Transportation – NE Lake Road and NE Everett Street (SR 500) Intersection Improvements
The NE Lake Road and NE Everett Street Roundabout provides a creative solution to a very challenging and complex traffic capacity and safety problem in Camas, Washington. It improves circulation and reduces congestion while providing a safe, well-designed and effective entrance into the community.
2nd Place Transportation – WSDOT I-5 SB Interstate Bridge to NE 78th Traffic Management Project
The WSDOT I-5 SB Interstate Bridge to NE 78th Traffic Management Project in Vancouver, Washington, was designed to alleviate rush hour congestion near the bridge and ensure safe commuting during the most congested times.
3rd Place Transportation – West Burnside Safety Improvements
The West Burnside Safety Improvements project between NW 18th and 19th avenues presents a new approach to addressing multimodal safety in complex urban intersections.
