The design goal for the Wells Fargo Center and Exchange Block renovation was to reestablish its grandeur and retool it to support modern workplace culture.

Honorable Mention Office – New Construction – Kellogg Middle School
Beacon is a 76,477-square-foot, mixed-use building that redefines Lake Oswego鈥檚 downtown core, offering pedestrian-oriented retail spaces at the street level, two levels of co-working office space above, and event space at the top with views of Mt. Hood.
1st Place Primary Education – Kellogg Middle School
The goal for the new Kellogg Middle School is to serve Portland Public Schools鈥� vision that places students at the center, promotes honesty and integrity, breeds creativity and innovation, and fosters respect for all children.
2nd Place Primary Education – Sherwood High School
The largest high school in Oregon, the four-story Sherwood High School totals 352,000 square feet and spans 73 acres.
3rd Place Primary Education – Kalama Elementary School
Kalama Elementary School pays homage to the city鈥檚 rich rail history and features steel trusses at the entry canopy and the covered play area.
