Oregon Pioneer Building
The Oregon Pioneer Building, at 320 S.W. Stark St., is one of several historic downtown buildings that owner John Beardsley stands to lose after he filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November. A reorganization plan filed March 19 cites a deed in lieu of foreclosure to transfer the building to lender M&T Bank.

Roof on historic barn to be replaced
The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is looking for a contractor to replace the roof of the Pet French Round Barn in southeastern Oregon. Built in the 1800s, the barn is on the National Register of Historic Places.
