Housing project going up in St. Johns
The Louis York is an apartment complex that is taking shape in North Portland. The three-story, 47-unit building at 9000 N. Ivanhoe St. in the St. Johns neighborhood features ADA accessible studio apartments on the ground level and one- and two-bedroom apartments on the upper two floors.
