Former Bashor’s building for sale
The former Frank Bashor Supplies building, at 112 N.W. 20th Ave., was home to the business for 40 years. Bashor鈥檚 moved out last year, and the two-story, 9,500-square-foot building is for sale for $899,000.

First-of-its-kind center opens in Portland

94-unit apartment building planned on Northwest Lovejoy
Developer C.E. John Co. is planning a 94-unit mixed-use apartment building at 2234 N.W. Lovejoy St. The long-vacant property has been owned by the family for a number of years, and 鈥渢he time is right鈥� to start developing it, said Tom Dichera with C.E. John.
21st Avenue Bar & Grill building for sale
21st Avenue Bar & Grill, at 721 N.W. 21st Ave., is one of several restaurants in the heavy retail area. It serves pub fare and includes a bar, a dining area and a large, outdoor patio. The listed price for the 2,900-square-foot building is $950,000.
Neighbors oppose Alphabet District apartment project
Alphabet District residents are concerned about a plan to construct a 26-unit apartment building where a 116-year-old Northwest Portland home sits.

General contractor Pavilion Construction is building a 90-unit apartment project for Phase Two Development, with design by William Wilson Architects.
Redevelopment property on Northwest 23rd for sale
The property at 1825 N.W. 23rd Ave. is a manufacturing facility and is currently occupied, but its placement on the busy retail street makes its ripe for redevelopment, according to broker Duncan Walker of Macadam Forbes. The property is for sale for $1.39 million.
A.G. Long Building for sale
The A.G. Long Building, at 1125 N.W. 16th Ave., was built in 1911 and used to house A.G. Long, a company that specialized in producing firefighting equipment for the city of Portland. The building is for sale for $1.95 million.
