General contractor LMC Construction is performing a full remodel of the Stewart Terrace Apartments, a 29-unit senior living community in Sherwood.
Pioneer Place Gap remodel
General contractor Swinerton Builders is performing a remodel of the Gap store at Pioneer Place in Southwest Portland. Among the updates in the two-phase renovation are a new store portal, hardwood floors, lighting, and stock room racking systems.
Milwaukie assisted living facility being remodeled
Royalton Place, a senior independent living home in Milwaukie, is receiving a remodel of its main entry area. Walls were removed to open up the space, a reception desk was installed, and walls, doors, flooring and lighting were updated. The general contractor is Todd Hess Building Co.
Tualatin McDonald’s being remodeled
The interior of a McDonald's restaurant in Tualatin is undergoing a full remodel. General contractor Baumgart Construction began work on the site in early April, and work is expected to be completed by the second week of June.
Office in Beaverton will become alternative health center
A former real estate office in Beaverton is being transformed into the LifeQual Center, a multi-unit facility that will house various alternative health practitioners. The renovation is being performed by general contractor Joseph Hughes Construction, which built the structure, from a design by Linda Smith of TI Design Group.
Milwaukie retirement community buildings renovated
Dovetail Construction Inc. is converting twin 8800-square foot buildings from residential care residences to memory care units at The Springs at Clackamas Woods.
Portland readies for Beaver Fan Shop
Renovation work is under way for the OSU Bookstore's new 2,000-square-foot Beaver Fan Shop at the corner of Southwest Sixth Avenue and Alder Street in downtown portland.. R&H Construction is performing the remodel, which was design by MulvannyG2 Architecture.
Wilsonville veterinary clinic doubles space in upgrade
A two-phase tenant improvement project will eventually double the space for a Wilsonville veterinary clinic. The Animal Care Clinic at 29020 Town Center Loop E. will have more than 3,800 square feet of space for a reception area, clinic rooms, a surgery room and offices.
Sutton Place receives upgrade
An upgrade is under way at Northwest Portland condominium complex Sutton Place, more than 90 years old. When the renovation of the west side wraps up in about six weeks, the building at the corner of Northwest Everett Street and 18th Avenue will have new windows, a repaired roof and fire escape and repaired water damage.
Ground Kontrol arcade renovated
Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade in Portland's Old Town/Chinatown District is getting an upgrade. The two-level space at 511 S.W. Couch St. is nearing the end of an extensive renovation.
Portland downtown Hilton renovated
Renovations are taking place in the Grand Ballroom and lobby of the Hilton hotel in downtown Portland. The space in the basement of the hotel at 921 S.W. Sixth Ave. is getting new Sheetrock, lighting, paint and flooring.
