Alder Street storefront
A storefront in downtown Portland is getting a face-lift. The building on Alder Street will soon have stainless steel accents and canvas awnings.
Gladys McCoy Building
The Gladys McCoy Building in downtown Portland is receiving an exterior face-lift. The 10-story structure will be power-washed before new paint and window film are applied.
Hillsboro ARCO station
A former gas station and food store in Hillsboro is being converted into an am-pm store and ARCO station. The interior of a building is being renovated and an office space is being added.
AT&T store
There will soon be a new AT&T store on the first floor of the Lloyd Center mall in Northeast Portland. The 2,800-square-foot space will have a new storefront, a large showroom, storage facilities and offices.
Troutdale Library
A new branch of the Multnomah County Library is taking shape in the Cherry Park Market Center in Troutdale. The 20,000-square-foot Troutdale Library will house 20,000 books.
Providence clinic
A new Oncology and Hematology Care Clinic at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland has opened. The 18,000-square-foot space has several new rooms and offices.
Restaurant in Oregon City
A vacant storefront on Main Street in downtown Oregon City will soon be a Vietnamese restaurant. Pho Thi will be open by the end of the month in a 1,900-square-foot space at 716B Main St.
Lofts at Beaverton Round
A new exterior is being constructed at the Lofts at Beaverton Round. The renovation includes metal siding and new doors and windows.
TS Construction Management
TS Construction Management has a new and bigger home in Southeast Portland. The company is now in a 1,000-square-foot space on the second floor of the River East Building.
Sandhill Apartments
The Sandhill Apartments in Seaside are getting new exterior envelopes that include roofing, siding, decks, stairways and windows.
Leftbank Annex
Finishing touches have been added to the bottom floor of the Leftbank Annex, a Portland event space at 101 N.E. Weidler St. The two-story, 20,000-square-foot building has undergone an extensive exterior and interior renovation and now has three stages and meeting rooms.
The Mulino House
A historic house in Mulino has been moved to make way for ODOT’s widening of Highway 213. The Mulino House, built in 1887 and most recently a bed and breakfast, was moved by Emmert International 60 feet back from where it was originally built.
