Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall Exterior Facade Improvements
Bid Date/Time: Dec. 10, 2 p.m. The Metropolitan Exposition-Recreation Commission is requesting bids for work at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall at 1037 S.W. Broadway in Portland. Most of the work will be replacement and repair of concrete cast stone on the exterior facade on the south and west sections.
McDonald Elementary School Modernization
Bid Date/Time: Dec. 16, 2 p.m. This project consists of the modernization of McDonald Elementary School at 114 N.E. 54th St. in Seattle. Work will take place in the main school building, adjacent portable classrooms and the gym building.
Safeway Store No. 0509 (Selected general contractors)
Bid Date/Time: Dec. 7, 2 p.m. This project consists of a remodel of the Safeway store at 5920 N.E. Martin Luther King Blvd. The project is scheduled be substantially completed after 69 consecutive days.
Library Addition Project Sub-bid
Bid Date/Time: Dec. 8, 2 p.m. About 2,075 square feet will be added to the existing tribal library in Grand Ronde. New construction includes a media center, a vestibule entry and a covered breezeway.

Bid Date/Time: Dec. 7, 2 p.m. This project consists of interior and exterior preparation and painting of city-owned buildings in Salem.
Columbia Basin College Student Gazebo Replacement
Bid Date/Time: Jan. 11, 2011, 3 p.m. Firms are sought to replace the student gazebo on the Columbia Basin College campus in Pasco, Wash.
RFQ: Engineering Design and Construction Services for the 17th Street Dock Reconstruction Project
