Delta High School – ‘F’ Building Renovation
Bid Date/Time: April 27, 3 p.m. Project duration: 65 days. Base cost: $190,000 to $220,000. Project consists of minor renovations to accommodate new use and occupancy at Delta High School in Richland, Wash.
Bend Pine Administrative Site – Phase 1
Bid Date/Time: May 12, 4:30 p.m. Project is for phase 1 of a planned three-phase development of various facilities and related site improvements on approximately 25 acres in Bend.
RFP: Solar Electric Systems
Bid Date/Time: May 27, 2 p.m. Project consists of third-party development of turn-key, hosted solar electric systems and sale of the solar-generated electricity to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services.

OSU McAlexander Field House Renovation (Selected General Contractors)
Bid Date/Time: May 4, 2 p.m. Project consists of renovations of the southern, barrel-vaulted portion of the McAlexander Field House on the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis.
Aurora City Park Renovation
Bid Date/Time: April 20, 2 p.m. Project consists of the demolition and construction of Aurora City Park, a 7-acre neighborhood park in Aurora.
Quil Ceda Stadium Field Improvements Re-bid
Bid Date/Time: April 20, 1 p.m. Project consists of renovations and upgrades to the existing track, field, visitors' seating and supporting utilities at Quil Ceda Stadium in Marysville, Wash.
Spirit Mountain Lodge Renovations Sub-bid
Bid Date/Time: April 17, 4 p.m. Project consists of interior renovations to Spirit Mountain Lodge in Grand Ronde. Areas of work include 135 guest rooms, 14 two-bay suites and the main lobby.
Food Service Building HVAC Replacement
Bid Date/Time: April 15, 1 p.m. Estimated Cost: $265,000 to $295,000. Project consists of selective HVAC replacement at the food service building on the Lakeland Village campus, a sheltered living environment for disadvantaged adults in Medical Lake, Wash.
High School Auditorium Kitchen Remodel/Addition Sub-bid
Bid Date/Time: April 13, 2 p.m. Project consists of remodel and addition to a kitchen and auditorium at Bend Senior High School.
McCallister Village Sub-bid
Bid Date/Time: April 20, 3 p.m. Project consists of a mixed-use project on 2 acres in west Vancouver, Wash. The project will include 48 units of rental housing ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom units for low-income families and households with special needs.
