The Knoll at Tigard is a new, 46,422-square-foot, multifamily residential development with 48 affordable apartments planned to be built at 12340 S.W. Hall Blvd. in Tigard. Units are arranged in two wings, with a four-story wing to the south and a three-story wing to the north, flanking a central circulation lobby tower.
